“Managing Your Digital Footprint” is a 1 day program organized in collaboration with Iron House Pro and designed for small and medium-sized businesses providing an end-to-end training program on managing the digital footprint.

This highly interactive program combines in-person facilitation with co-operative learning. You’ll be hands-on, working with the highly-relevant example of your very own business. Not only will you get great personalized training, you'll also leave with a toolkit empowering you to adopt and maintain all the techniques and best practices you will learn over the course. Best of all, you’ll know how to reach your online prospective customers with a positive message and brand presence that inspires confidence.

Program Structure

The program consists of 1 day of in person workshops led by industry experts. This includes access to services including customized coaching, mentorship, and resources.

  • Different types of online presence, what you can control, what you can own and what to watch for.

  • Common online promotion strategies (ads, contests,  popups, and more)

  • Understanding the cost/benefit for your business

  • Minimizing/understanding website maintenance
